Best marquee wedding venues – Oldwalls Gower
It was just over two and a half years between Rebecca and Luke booking me and their amazing day at one of Swansea’s best marquee wedding venues, Oldwalls Gower. We had kept in touch during this time and I think I was just as excited about the day as they were. I knew they wanted a fun, relaxed wedding and they planned it perfectly, with a little touch of the Peaky Blinders tucked in for good measure.
Rebecca spent the morning getting ready at Mulberry House while Luke was at Cerrig Glan cottage.
After the ceremony, we decided to only spend a few short minutes taking their bride and groom portraits because the weather forecast was promising the chance to go to Llangennith beach later after the wedding breakfast when the light would be much better.

Oldwalls reception
Rebecca and Luke’s family and guests enjoyed a beautiful summer afternoon while being entertained by one of my favourite magicians Phil Jay, I’ve worked with Phil many times and he always delivers amazing reactions to photograph.

Catching the sunset
Later after their first dance, we made a quick dash outside to the fields surrounding the venue to catch the sun as it dipped over the horizon, and then one quick golf buggy ride later we were back for fireworks and dance floor mayhem for the rest of the night.
